We operate as a small business, and cancellations can significantly affect us. This is why we kindly request our guests to make informed bookings and avoid treating us as if we were a hotel or an airline. At Sunny Life, we prioritize treating you as an individual, not just a reservation number, because every client holds importance to us.
Easy Cancellation policy:
Free cancellations until 7 days before the booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations between 3-7 days before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 3 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
If the cancellation has been made for good reasons (e.g. medical condition or plane canceled), we will ask for proof and issue and hold an in-house credit for use towards a future rental, given that we are able to rebook the boat with another customer.
You can make changes to your booking by clicking on the link we provided you in the confirmation email. It’s important to note that we won’t always be able to accommodate a rescheduling.
You might be charged for certain changes, depending on the notice you give us and the reasons for canceling.

Identification: You’ll need a valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, to verify your identity and age.
Captain (mandatory): In Florida, if you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you may need a valid Boating Safety Education Identification Card (commonly referred to as a boating license) to operate a boat. However, if you plan to rent a boat with a captain, this requirement does not apply to you. Aquarius Boat Rental provides a licensed captain to navigate the boat for you and that is mandatory on all our boats.
Rental Agreement: You’ll be required to sign a rental agreement provided by the boat rental company. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including rental duration, payment, and safety rules.
Payment: Have a valid form of payment ready to cover the boat rental fees. Payment methods may include credit cards or cash, depending on the rental company’s policies.
Reservations: It’s a good practice to make a reservation in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure the availability of the boat you want.
